My Patient Rights is here to help you get the care you need and deserve. If you’ve been denied treatment or medicines, have experienced delays, or are dissatisfied with the decisions made by your health plan, Advocate for yourself. The Advocating for Care page will answer questions and guide you through the complaint process with your insurance company and your state’s regulatory agency. Choose your state from the map to get started.

If you are still having difficulties, fill out the form below to the best of your abilities and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We are unable to directly advocate for you due to HIPAA privacy laws and our own company guidelines, but we can help direct you when you are not getting the health care you need.

By submitting this form, you agree to the website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Should you have any questions, please email info@mypatientrights.org

Know Your Rights

State and federal law protects your rights. When you sign up for a health plan and/or if you have problems accessing care through your health plan, it is important to know your rights.
